The Information I Collect: To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, photos and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

   Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It: I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

  *As needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order or to provide customer support;

  *If necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law;

  *As necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services, and 2) Compliance with the Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations under the Wix Policy and Terms of Use. Information Sharing and Disclosure: Information about my customers is important to my business.

 

 I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

  *WIX. I share information on WIX as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the WIX Seller Policy and WIX Terms of Use.

  *Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

  *Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

 

Data Retention:

 

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 5 years. Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU: We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified. Your Rights: If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases.

  *Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below.

  *Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.

  *Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

 *Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority. PAYMENTS

Payment should be made immediately. I accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal.

Orders will be dispatched, in accordance to the timescales set out in 'Shipping', once payment has been received in full.

 

SHIPPING

Most items in my store are made to order.  My current turn around is up to 1 week for the order to be made. Please be aware of this before purchase, however if you need an item for a sooner date please contact me first and I will reply to your request as quickly as possible.

All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail - First Class, delivery is usually within 1-3 working days, but can be longer at times. Please allow up to 14 for your order to be delivered once dispatched.

International orders are usually sent by Royal Mails international Tracked delivery. It takes on average 7 – 14 days for international orders to be delivered to their destination, but in some cases it may be longer, please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive once dispatched.

Proof of posting is always obtained.

If a package is not able to be delivered due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer, or if a package is unclaimed by the buyer, I cannot be held responsible. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

Please note that occasionally packages shipped to international destinations are charged taxes, a customs fee (VAT) or other amounts levied by your home country, this is your responsibility. Please check with your local Customs and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs.

 

REFUNDS

I want every customer to be 100% happy with what they have purchased, so if in any way you are unhappy I will gladly do whatever I can to make it right. Buyers are expected to pay return postage for returns, unless an item is faulty.

Items must be returned in their original condition, and within 7 days of receipt of said item.

CUSTOM orders - Please be aware that custom orders are not returnable unless there is a fault with an item.

Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed.
